Spanish school is a little like boot camp. At least for the last half of the day. It’s like good cop bad cop. In the morning the teacher speaks slowly and writes things on the wipey board. In the afternoon it’s high speed spanish, with no english to help. The questions are repeated over with hand gestures unitl something clicks. Although the afternoon session is only an hour and a half. Even though it’s nerve racking and frustrating, everyone is nice. I like it alot.

Also, Ensenada is great. It’s like a cross between in LA without all the tall buildings, rude people and smog and a college town. People are really nice and laid back here. Josh my CS host has introuduced me to all of his friends and now I’m just another “kid” hanging out on the couch. I feel like I’m reliving my college days with the three foot bong as a cener piece of the coffee table and the twenty feet of dishes towering in the sink.

I told Josh I would buy a bottle of rum if he did all the dishes so I could cook something healthy to eat tomorrow.
