Four Queens
I felt like I should say something. It’s my way. But as of now, not much has changed. We’re at the Four Queens until Wednesday morning and then we’re moving over to our friend Tim’s house for six weeks while he’s in Europe.
I decided to take the Bikram 30 day challenge and try to do a class every day for a month. I made it 11 days and today I’m taking off. I need a little more recovery time to get up to speed. Yesterday I laid on the floor for half the class because my body rebelled so badly. My muscles just wouldn’t cooperate.
I wish I had something awesomely interesting to write about but it’s been pretty predictable in our own unpredictable hobo way. Andy and I have been getting up early. He plays some video poker to keep up our comp food and room status and then programs all day. I go to Bikram and run errands, laundry, grocery store, get stuff from the RV or hang out at the pool. We reconvene in the room in the evening maybe go to the cafe or order room service, possibly make some dehydrated backpacker food or soup on our camping stove, watch some bad tv or a downloaded movie and then go to bed at a reasonable hour.
I love our hobo life. It is good.
