Brought to you from Stella’s coffee house that doesn’t restrict my download capabilities…unlike some “luxury” weekly hotels.
I am Slacker.
Not really, but, really. The website is suffering, but my real life is flourishing. That’s probably the most healthy of things, but I do miss living my life on the interwebs.
Andy is in Green Bay visiting his parents. I dropped him off at the airport at five this morning. It was inspiring to be driving at sunrise looking at the Denver skyline. In case you miss him too, here’s one of my favorite pictures of my awesome husband and a bag full of money.
We got a sublet from Craigslist so we’re in Denver for at least the next four months. Vlad the Russian Oracle will be our roomie. Four months of guitar riffing, Ozzy singing and rum and coke drinking. I’m looking forward to it.
It’s nine thirty and I’ve done nothing but sleep and watch television all day. In one way it was awesome, and in the exactly the same proportion, it was anti-awesome. Tomorrow, kick boxing and sending out the massive amounts of nutrition bars that just sold on ebay.
Isn’t it so great to read a blog writer that thinks putting up a to do list with a few fancy adjectives makes for an interesting read? After this fragrant and pungent (fragrantly pungent?) cup of jasmine tea I will be desperately and urgently driving to Super Target to buy some expensive, shiny, sticky, clear packing tape for the cumbersome and irritating boxes of saw dust flavored nutrition bars.
I know, riveting. Probably just as riveting as the conversation I’m eavesdropping on. They’re talking about marinating chicken.
Andy has only been gone for 19 hours and already, I miss that guy.
