On the off chance that anyone is reading this and wondering what has become of me and mine…we’re fine. Andy is programming a new genius thing and I’m trying my best to prolong the upper respiratory infection I have by pretending not to have it and continuing to drive to far away locations to pick up cheap and cool furniture from Craigslist. The last few days I’ve have tried to tone it down and even considered seeing a doctor when I started to faintly taste blood. Don’t worry, the kind of violent coughing that caused it has subsided. “Taking it easy” includes eating Tylenol PM’s at all hours of the day so that I stay put, on the couch and heal. Although, tomorrow is the first pre tryout practice for roller derby. How can I miss that? Even if I can’t do anything but lay on the bench stoned out of my gourd and watch, I’m going.

But really what I want to know is, What does Beyonce see in JayZ? I just don’t get it.
